Worst

Very bad. Manager is unprofessional. Angry person. Always trying take your home from you to sell it again. I am so unhappy with this place.

Love it. Have seen major improvements in the last couple of years. more

AVOID! UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT! HORRIBLE 3/3/2012

We stayed here recently short term during a relocation. While the accomadations were acceptable and location nice (to work); I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free. The park manager is completely unprofessional and does not know how to deal with the public. Without doubt, you are better off renting an apartment. Don't make the same mistake we did. more

I'm looking into this place to be closer to my bf since he lives there with family. He didn't find a problem moving in with them despice credit issues! I would like to add the fact that IDK if I will have people living with me right away or not! I'm treating this like an apartment! My bf will probably bobble in between home and my place, and then for the two other rooms I might not have someone to fill the rooms. I can afford $500 a month when I decide on a place, but is there any other cost to this place? Things such as water, sewage, garbage, electric, ect! Whats included? I know I can have pets which is perfect bc I have a small dog and two and maybe by then theree cats. As for the noise, Please I grew up in Philly and went to a party hardy college! Noise of any kind doesn't bother me! When you live in a tight nit as a trailor or apartment you should exspect noise! Where my parents live would be more a suit for those who hate noise bc its spacious! I don't care right now for space, I'm looking for something to get me out of my parents house that is cheap and affordable for someone who makes little money...for now! more

dont buy their 6/1/2011

Do not buy an trailer in Forrest Park Cranberry Township,PA 16066 because of problems their. Their is crime their even though the township is an nice township. Some one has been throwing eggs at peoples trailers their also their has been thefts. We had an outdoor bench stolen and also an $70 garbage can stolen thats something only trailer trash would do. Also even though you own your trailer you do not own the property so if you want to move in someone like an girlfriend she may not be able to move in even if your paying the bills if her credit is bad ect....Also trailers do not increase in value like homes do and you do not have the same tax right offs as you would in buying an home. Also you pay lot rent which just went up this year. Their are an lot of propertys for sale in Forrest Park probally because some people are not happy living their. I know im not happy here but i do not think we will be able to sell our property without taking an huge loss. So I hope no one else made the same mistake like we did. more

So glad I moved! 10/19/2010

We lived in Forest Park for over 20 years and it went from a nice, quiet place to live to an expensive, noisy, bad place. Dirt bikes and quads, which in the lease are forbidden, were commonplace, and could be heard through all hours of the day and evening. We had our car broken into and heard from other neighbors that they had also had the same trouble. If you plan on moving in, I hope you don't have a job during the winter. The roads, in the beginning were always plowed, but the past few years, I had been out and hadn't seen or heard a plow by 1pm in the afternoon during the weekdays. And they won't use salt, they use a mixture of sand and cinders, which just turns the snow to sludge. Also, hopefully you don't have many family members over. You will be written up if you have any cars parked in front of your home that aren't in a driveway. They are also not very picky whom they rent to anymore. There have been quite a few drug dealers and one (that was actually busted) meth lab. We also had a child molester that lived down the street, that was only evicted AFTER complaints, but he lived there for months within 20 feet of a bus stop. The majority of the ""help"" they hire is useless. Often they had lost rent checks and blamed us and the maintenance men are often loud, obscene and rude. They often say they will be fixing the park up, but never do you see much in the way of improvements. I would say you are better off finding somewhere else to rent or buy. more

Wouldn't waste my time 12/14/2009

I lived in Forest Park for many years and disliked it the whole time. The park is beautiful but there are many people who own dirt bikes and quads and there were times they would ride them after midnight. People would have loud parties and nothing would be done. The rent was increased a lot but changes like filling potholes or replacing broken mailboxes took forever. The roads were not plowed properly in the winter. The negatives outweigh the beauty of the location. Overall I would look elsewhere to rent or buy a new home. Pros: Nice Scenery more

One of the best experiances I have ever had 11/20/2009

We moved here from Utah without ever seeing the mobile home we were going to rent. It is exactly as the management described it. It is a very peaceful place to live where our kids are safe, and our posessions are not bothered, even when we leave stuff out. As a renter we have receieved awsome service. We just reported a clogged drain, and before my wife could make it back to the mobile home the maintenance crew was there and working on it! They were also very accomidating in regaurds to the long distance correspondence in way of contract signage and payment of deposit. Thank You! Pros: Almoast everything Cons: No playground for kids more
