Ultra power sports, where do I begin? Well in January I bought a scooter from a friend it wasn't running. I took it up to Ultra crappy sports, biggest mistake ever. They got it running, they also put in 50cc wiring on a 150cc. Which I did not know. They screwed my bike up. Basically they do things so that after a month or two you have to take it back in. They wouldnt give me my deposite back after I told them to stop working on it... they worked on it for 6 mins. They told me who ever wired it was to blame... they wired it! I told the business owner that and he called me a liar. Thats when I was said "" you know what im will just take it home, stop working on it."" They are shady and terrible. I do not recommend them to anyone unless they are the person is your worst enemy. After words were exchanged they pretty much told me they were going to call the cops, I said go ahead... they can be a testament to how bad this place is... ULTRA POWER SPORTS SHOULD NOT BE ANY ONES OPTION! They people at Scooterz NC are polite and quick. If you like being anally raped by all means go to ultra power sports. more

Recently had my scooter to Ultra Power Sports for repairs. They were quick to discover the problem with the engine. It was fixed within a few days. Knowledgable mechanics. more

What is wrong with this place? Garner has some haunted locations and this one is in the top 10. Always some shady business going on here. I tried to get some supplies for scooters and tire repair here several times, and going in there is always a little scary. They were open about 2 hours on Monday after New Years. Why open at all if you are just going to be open 2 hours? Turned out they didn't have what I needed after all. I needed some Ride On tire sealant, they are the only dealer for it locally. Turns out, they only sell it out of a barrel when THEY install it, so you gotta pay for service fee plus product, and you have no control over how much they put in. No thanks. more

READ THE REVIEWS AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! They do charge an up front fee. Charged me $60 up front just to drop off my four wheeler. THEY HAVE MY FOUR WHEELER! Why do they need a security deposit? That should set off red flags with anyone but they have Jimbo Eubanks old establishment and he had a very good name so I trusted them. My HUGE mistake. I took my four wheeler there because it sat over the winter and needed a battery or a charge because it wouldn't start and it needed a governor screw because my wife misplaced it. They told me it would be a couple days. I called a week later and they said they hadn't looked at it yet. I got a call two days after I called them and they said it was ready and the bill was $170! When I started questioning why it was $170, what they did and why they did all this work without asking my permission, the owner literally started yelling at me. He yelled at me for a couple minutes how it was MY FAULT for bringing it in there needing all this work and then he hung up on me. So I called back and he yelled at me again! They replaced the battery ""did I mention I bought the battery from them last year and told them that?"" so they replaced the battery with no warranty, until I told them to charge the old battery, which they did and it turns out it is fine so they took the new battery out. Oh, and come to find out, they apparently misplaced the bracket holding the battery in place and instead secured the battery with zip ties! Freakin zip ties!!! They said it needed a new fuel valve so they replaced it, new spark plug even though the one that came out looked fine, they said it needed an oil change ""how could they tell?"" and they said it needed new gas. ALL OF THIS, I could have done myself and would have elected to do myself had I been given the option. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING THERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They charge security deposit to leave YOUR machine there for work, this is a RIP OFF. Then, they do exorbitant amounts of work WITHTOUT YORU PERMISSION AND SURPRISE YOU WITH THE BILL! There is absolutely no good out of doing business there. They are still riding Jimbo Eubanks coat tails for business and need to be run out of town for their lies, dishonesty and outright abhorrent customer service. They should change their name from Ultra Power Sports to Ultra Rip-Off Shack. more

Yearly maintenance service and inspection (which they don't do) cost $350 (3x more than any other place in the country). When I asked them what cost so much and explained that no one else charged that much John started yelling at me, literally yelling with an underlying, threatening tone. Almost didn't let me pay and was going to keep my bike. It was very scary and unbelievable. I actually spoke with the police about the experience. I hope you read the reviews before you go and not after like I did. I have no idea who would have any work done or purchase anything there. Stay away. Cons: Horrible and scary more

Did not follow my husband's instruction and repaired the wrong thing on his motorcycle earlier this winter. Then they became rude and angry when he questioned them. It seems like a tight family business that doesn't tolerate any criticism or suggestions. We've found another place. more

They are very pleasant, but take a $50.00 up front and charge you for work whether they fix it or not. Ask lots of questions, and be very up front on you want a diagnostic first before they do anything else. And be sure to look at the parts they said they replaced. more
