This is hands down my favorite bakery in San Antonio...or anywhere for that matter! The desserts are baked fresh daily and I have never had anything that isn't top quality. It's run and owned by a San Antonio family and you can tell all their blood, sweat, and tears go into their products. Thanks for all the delicious desserts! Pros: Fresh, moist, homemade more

This place is great. To those of you hating on this place you're idiots! This is the best cheesecake in town hands down! I would recommend this place to the pope if I had to. Great job guys.... Pros: very friendly service Cons: not enough stores in town more

Frozen not fresh 8/6/2009

AS an FYI, in return for your $30's, Ultimate Cheescake will provide you one of their inventoried frozen cheesecakes that's approx. 9"" round. By the time your\r order arrives it will be thawed and you'll ultimately receive what looks to be fresh cheesecake right from\r the FACTORY, whalaaa what a concept.
