So I shop with Ulta every now and then. I just sort of stumbled upon this location because it is next to a Chipotle and I had some extra time so I went in. The staff was very friendly. I was greeted by a very friendly guy who worked there. He offered me make up tips which was incredible! I ended up buying everything he recommended. Next I went the salon and I was greeted by a girl with bright red hair. It was a cute style so I decided to get my hair done by her. She was booked so she handed me off to another stylist. Her name was Alicia. She did EXACTLY what I wanted! I have never been so happy with my hair! She cut and blow dried my hair. And gave me tips on how to style it. I AM SO HAPPY! I ended up booking a color with her. I would recommend her to everyone!!!!! I am glad I ran across this store because I will now be a forever customer. more

I have never been upset in my life about the results of my hair. Not even from a Super Cuts I had a bad experience. At first I didnt realize how bad it was until I got home and really looked at it in the mirror. It was so choppy and my back layer looked like a shelf. Now I know why the cashier was looking at me funny when I was paying. I went to JCPennys in the fl mall before work on the same day to get it fixed b/c I did not want Ulta to touch my hair and I didnt have time to be across the street when I had to get to work soon (I work in the mall). I am now in the process of trying to get a refund but the salon manager is giving me a hard time b/c she had to see the cut before it was fixed, even though I have both reciepts to prove I had it done on the same day. I even offered the name and number of the girl who fixed it to tell her how bad it was. On top of all that, the manager was there while the stylist was doing my hair and even saw what she was doing a couple of times and didnt say anything?! If she was the salon manager, she must have been a master hair stylist, so how come she didnt spot anything that was wrong in the process of my hair? more

I just recently had my hair done by Lisa and I will never go to another stylist again! She was very professional, personable and a real treat. I have used several hair dresser's in the Orlando area and never have I found someone who takes their time with you to create a style that is all your own. I found Lisa through a friend and was a little nervous but exited to try someone new. I was very impressed by the amount of education that she has under her belt. I have also gotten many complements about my hair, which is something that never happens. She truly is an artist who is passionate about her profession. If you are looking for a professional stylist with a great eye for both color and cut I advise you to call for an appt. with Lisa at the Orlando Square location. I just moved to Florida and I was looking for a new salon, I was referred by a co-worker of mine to try Lisa at Ulta by the Florida mall. As a first time client, I went to Ulta extremely nervous because I didn't know what to expect and I was greeted right away with a smile and a nice handshake from my stylist Lisa. Lisa brought me over to her working area and really had a detailed consultation and she put me at ease right away. She understood how nervous I was and all my problems I was having because of Florida weather changes. She gave me a whole new look with cut and color. Throughout the whole service she listened and was very sincere. She showed interest in everything I was telling her and made me feel like I was her only client she had. I feel so wonderful about my appearance and she lived up to the great referral she had. I am so happy to have found her and I will continue to see her more and more.
