Anyone who recalls this restaurant's prior incarnation as a smoky truck stop with very mediocre food would understand how much work this new young owner has put into his investment. If an individual situation has caused any one of you to be discontent, tell him first. Be courteous enough to let the man correct your perceived problem. There is no reason to be negative regarding this restaurant. Food is fresh and first rate, owner is not some ogre looking for trouble and help is all over the patrons looking to be helpful. A terrific transformation. Come for the bargain weekend Brunch and just try to go away hungry (or broke). There are a lot of people who may be jealous of the young man's success, energy and enthusiam for his investment who would have you think otherwise, but this is a good, clean, family oriented place. more

I completley agree with the previous post!! This man has serious issues and what could be a fantastic resteraunt has become what seems like a jail! The staff is so pleasant and outgoing but the life is being sucked from these very well educated and sincerly postive woman. On more than one occasion I have witnessed in sheer dis-belief a real dis respect between employer and employee. The reason i go back is simple.. the ladies. Each one brings warmth and conversation to the table along with a great dish of food. I cannot complain about prices or the food each of which is next to amazing and un heard of in these econmically hard times. I just wish the atmosphere was a bit more up-beat and the girls were not looking over their shoulder ready for the next big infraction. When you go here be sure to enjoy a great meal and on your way out compliment your server to the boss, perhaps a bit of positive feedback might help... i have told each and every person i know this message and hopefully the kill them with kindness rule will prevail! It is nice to go out to eat and see a familiar face, like the old cheers addage, " a place where everyone knows my name" and how i like my eggs. more

TJ likes to cause alot of trouble with all the local customers like, tells them they are not allowed to sit at certain tables in the diner just because he don't want you to sit there. He likes to yell at his help right in front of you while you are eating and clearly use can see that his waitresses are crying because he says things like there dumb,or stupid. Treats people like they owe him when really he needs us to keep his business going. He also likes to tell his local customers that they are not allowed to talk to certain people while they are in his diner, just because he is always thinking that there is nothing better for us to do while we are there that we always have to talk about him. He even told people who are disabled that are local customers that they are not allowed to sit at certain tables they are to sit at the very back of the diner making it harder for them to walk to the tables. And these 3 people were minding their own business having coffee and he sent the cashier to do his dirty work to tell them while the diner had other patrons that they were not allowed to sit at a certain stable at the front of the diner because he did not want them there,they were told to go to the back of the diner. It is clear that this man does'nt respect other people and their rights as customers. HE IS VERY PARANOID THAT EVERYONE WHO COMES IN IS TALKING ABOUT HIM WHEN IN FACT THERE ARE OTHER THINGS TO TALK ABOUT. Just because he is a foreigner and take it that most foreigners are very nice people but he is not he treats his help like they treat women over in his country and that is not right. THIS IS AMERICA WE DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS AND YOUR WAITRESSES LIKE THIS. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE. PLEASE FIND OTHER PLACE TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS WHERE YOU CAN BE TRAETED LIKE YOU SHOULD BE.
