Well I use to be a good customer until this past Saturday 11/15/2008 I had called the previous day because the truck I had rented was leaking gas. I called once I figured the problem out and then told them I would be their in the morning. The manager got on the phone with me and told me that the truck was fine but I told her I still would be happy with another one. She said just come in the morning.\r

This car rental place is one of few that rent to people that have a pre paid debit card, and told me since I was a previous customer that they would allow me to rent from them with the same method.\r
Well I show up sat morning and they checked my truck in and then the manager says we CANT RENT TO YOU AGAIN??? I was confused, I asked why she said that she had a note from the owned Doug Croker that he doesn't accept pre-paid debit cards anymore. \r
So since I have no family in Atlanta no way from Stockbridge and no Credit Card I just started crying and guess what the manager asks, Can I call you a cab? I live downtown...no I said Then she said to catch MARTA! Why didn't you tell me on the phone this, she claimed she didn't know!!!!\r
I am a single widowed mother of one and I don't have a vehicle and that Sat morning was my second week on my new job..\r
Please if you have an choice DON'T RENT FROM THEM THEY HAVE NO CONSCIENCE AND NO REMORSE AND REALLY REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEY CUSTOMERS.\r
