Beware 8/14/2010

Aug 10' - Would not use again or recommend to friends! Lacking in customer service when a problem arises. Even though they were responsible for the installation of new carpeting they never came out to measure nor did their installer measure before beginning installation. We probably would have made different choices had we been aware of the final cost! It ended up costing us 1k more and US Carpet Market could have cared less when were upset. I decided being almost 8 months pregnant the stress wasn't worth it and paid them; even though it felt like a scam. more
