HORRIBLE SERVICE 12/7/2014

This service in two words: OBNOXIOUS and DISGUSTING! The employees (far from ladies) working behind the counter were snooty, for no apparent reason. Instead of asking customers in a polite and respectful manner if they needed help, they seemed to yell to them. This is the face of the ups store, what happened?! If you are so obviously miserable WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE OR STAY HOME! Totally Rude Staff - Avoid at all cost!!!! 8/18/2011

The staff here is always unpleasant. I try to avoid taking my packages here. I decided to write this after our trip there today, all I needed was an overseas shipping price. I have an eBay store and I had someone from another country ask if we would ship to their country. I responded that the shipping rates for the item he wanted would be out of this world but I will quote the shipping price anyways. Well, I get all the shipping info and the item completely packed all I needed was a price,what I got was alot of attitude and rude remarks about how I don't know what I'm doing etc. I finally had to say just give me the price. Female staff rude and impersonal 12/19/2008

I've had some bad experiences at this location. The prices are great and they package things for customers, which is nice, but there are a couple of female employees there who are rude and absolutely horrible to work with. more

The Way to Get Things Mailed 12/21/2005

I love taking my packages to The UPS Store as the staff is so friendly and helpful (especially Michele). They are quick and they don't waste time. Their location on 14th Street is very convenient and easy to get in and out of. There is also plenty of parking. They carry other mailing supplies which makes it extra convenient.
