Rip-off 9/17/2009

I just needed a UPS box to put the small fabric pouch in. The owner or employee picked their own box, which was large enough to contain 20 pouches, and packed in the room without asking me. I felt really ripped off and her bad attitude ruined my evening. more

Very pleased!! 1/5/2007

I had them pack and ship some very expensive paintings, and they were superbly done! The employees/owners are always really nice and friendly, and the service is great. One stop shop! more
