UPS Store

This UPS store has friendly and fast service. The employees are helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy helping the customers that walk through their doors. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to ship a package. Pros: everything more

First of all, my job is not sending UPS packages every day of the week. Therefore, I would not fully know the rules and requirements for shipment. The Manteca UPS has the rudest people working. I don?t think it is right that people whose jobs is to simply around and send one or two boxes a day would have the right to be rude to people. If customers don?t understand their shipment, they shouldn?t be yelled at. These people need to go back to elementary school and be re taught basic manners. Also, I KNOW that taping is 50 cents so stop assuming as though I?m trying to get it for free. I would rather drive to another state for UPS shop than have to deal with these people. I gave 1 star because they had air conditioning. :) Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

I went to the UPS store on S Main St in Manteca Ca just the other day. The ladies that worked there offered me fast and friendly service. I was impressed with the proffesional atmosphere. The store was clean and seemed to be very oranized. This is a mail store that I will definetly return to in the future. more

The staff is rude and insulting (except the young firl up front), the service is shoddy, and the atmosphere is repugnant. Go ANYWHERE else but here...trust me. more
