I was simply dropping off a pre-paid parcel for shipping (I am a long-time customer). Box was wrapped in heavy kraft paper and completely taped. I walked into the store and the manager started barking at me that my box could not be shipped wrapped with paper. She did not take the time to see it was totally taped to avoid ripping. I was completely taken aback - she was rude, abrasive, adversarial. I asked for a 2"" piece of tape to cover an area I missed. She said no tape provided for drop offs. Really? You can't spare a 2"" piece of tape. A total bitch - I will NEVER return. I will ship FedEx or go to the Bodo UPS facility to avoid this hag! So much for business managers taking care of their long-time customers. I am also writing the UPS Store dist. manager to complain about their rude store manager. more

If things weren't awful enough she screamed to take my packages to the UPS hub and get out of (her) store or she would call the cops. Beware of the UPS store in Bodo Park. Do yourself a major favor and firstly visit the UPS center, which is only five blocks up the road. I was truely appalled and will be sure to tell all my friends and family to never used the Durango (bodo park) UPS store. more

Amazing service! 5/24/2012

The people at this UPS store were very, very, helpful. I was trying to fax a very important document but for some reason it was not comming through clearly. They worked with me and went way above and beyond the level of service that I expected. They were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that could use their services. more

Horrible Customer Service at the UPS Store #3175 4/17/2012

Horrible Customer Service I went to the UPS Store #3715 on 4/17/12 around 2pm to send a pre-paid package. I ask for some tape to finish sealing my box. She replied it was a $1.00. She said ""This is a business, nothing is for free."" I had just come from the US Post Office and thought, well they taped up my box for free and I told her that. She then said that I can just take my package to the post office or to the UPS Hub. I could not believe she just told me she does not want my business now or never over 6 inches of tape. After a bit of cooling down, I went back in to find out who the manager was so I could file a complaint. This lady claimed she was the owner and if I did not get out, she would call the police. Are you kidding me? You are a business owner and you treat people this way? And you are still in business? As a business owner I believe It is more important than ever to provide excellent customer service. This lady has absolutely no conception of customer service or customer retention. As an owner (if she truly is) she should be ashamed of herself. If she is an employee/manager she should be fired. more
