awesome experience!! 1/3/2012

I stopped in at UNI's "Tech Tuesday's" today as I was having problems with my laptop. After an expected short wait, I found excellent technical support and superior customer service. I definitely recommend them to everyone! So happy I know Lawrence has a "locally owned and operated" computer store like UNI. more

One of the top 20 reasons we like living in Lawrence: the responsive and reliable computer service we receive from UNI. A KU student recommended this company to us soon after we moved here. They have upgraded my laptop a couple of times, and built a new desktop for my husband. They are so willing to answer our questions -- they are experts, at their craft, and at communicating with non-tech people like us. They are my go-to source for any of our computer issues.
