U-Haul Storage of Midtown

I went there to move my stuff across town and was ignored by the store manager when I arrived. He even walked away as I approached the counter. I went somewhere else after that. Just thought you should know if you're interested. more

I went to this location and rented a vehicle. Unfortunately, I left my dolly at my old apartment. I called the store and asked whether I should return it or what. They didn't give me an answer and told me to call the receiving store. I called them, they didn't give me an answer and told me to cal customer service. I called them and was told that I could drop off the dolly at the previous store. When I asked how much it would cost, she told me a certain amount. I returned it and they charged me $200 more for following the direction of the customer service lady. The Manager told me it wasnt his problem and when I complained, I was told I was wrong and they were going to charge me anyways. Horrible experience. I do NOT recommend ever going to this store. more

on the positive...this location has a TON of vehicles, and availability is NOT limited, as you might find to be the case at other locations. Pros: Great selection...many vehicles Cons: Poor customer service...no parking more
