Terrible! Warning! Do not use them for Hitch work! 9/28/2011

Warning! These guys are incompetent, irresponsible and unprofessional. We simply wanted electric brakes installed. After FIVE return visits and continued failures to get it installed correctly we had to tow a 5K lb. trailer to Florida with no brakes! The GMC dealership in Orlando fixed the incompetent work done in Raleigh. After several attempts to get them to reimburse us for the repair, Jay, the manager said they didn't do anything wrong. They didn't do anything right either! A waste of time and money! I will never go there again and I have pledged to tell as many people as I can of our disastrous experience. more

Theives 3/9/2010

We rented a truck for $19.95 a day. We drove about 20 miles from the rental place to our old apartment and to our new home and back to the Uhaul. We were shocked to see a charge of $130! We protested and they promised to look into it and call us back. They didn't we called again. Same thing. This happened continually for a couple of weeks treating us rudely when we called. It was never resolved. We've never had a bad rental experience before this. But, this was a terrible experience. Cons: They will rip you off more

Do Not Waste your time or money here. 8/15/2005

I was called the day before I was to pick up my rental & was told that it was not there. Was told that they would call me later that day. I ended doing all the calling. In the end, they NEVER called me & the rental was not there. Had to go to another agency. Pros: customer service more
