The customer service is my main reason for disliking this credit union so much that I'm moving to a new bank/credit union. We went in to add me to an account, filled out all the paperwork, requested debit cards etc. Two weeks later, nothing in the mail. I went back in for something else and was notified that no changes had been made to the original account. No apologies. Well, that's just the tip of the iceberg. They do not treat their customers the way they should be treated which is why they are losing customers
