U Dirty Dog

My dogs LOVE these people! They are always very friendly with my pets as well as with myself! Have been using them for years. They changed owner a couple of years ago and the prices went up very little, but still cheaper than anywhere else. They are much friendlier than the previous staff and the shop is very nicely done now. They always greet my dogs by name when they come in and my pets leave HAPPY! Would TOTALLY recommend them to anyone with a dog! Won't go anywhere else! more

worst customer service i have ever had. if i knew they had switched owners and raised there prices i would have never went. a worker told me my 2 cockers would be done around a certin time i said i had to get somewhere right after she said ok they should be done. i called at the time they said and only one was done and it would be another 2-3 hours for the other i told her i had to pick them up and i was yelled at by the manager and told i was still being charged for both dogs even though the other dog didnt get complete. like it was my fault they are over booked. i have gone there for 3 years and never ever been treated this way. if they cant handle people how can they handle our pets. more

I have two Yorkies that get excited everytime we pull up in the parking lot. I wish I could afford to take them every month, UDD understands and always gives my babies extra love and attention. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! more

We love U Dirty Dog. Vinny (the owner) really seems to love our dogs, and my little Cairn Terriers always come home looking (and smelling) amazing. We are so glad we found such a great place for Avery & Atticus to go! more

I have been taking my large dog there for a couple of years now, and she loves them as much as I do. I forget to make an apt sometimes and they do there best to fit me in on a busy day or when they have time. I have most of my pet lover friends going now too, very laid back atmosphere, Vinny, the owner, ALWAYS knows me by name and I like that. Cheapr than most in town and they do wonderfull work, and truly care about the animal. Its not just a job to them. more

I've used them 4 times. Never had to make an appointment.\r They were always very accomodating to my busy schedule.\r \r My dog always was bathed and groomed very well and they called me on my cell as soon as he was done!\r \r Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!\r \r Tony more

The worst grooming experience that I have ever had! Do not waste your time or money.\r \r This place overbooks and in turn offers poor quality grooming. My dog was scheduled to be groomed at noon but when we came to check on her at 4:30 pm she was just started. So my dog was placed in a kennel for over 4 hours for no reason other than their greed. My dog was not trimmed well, smelled awful after the 'perfume' (good groomers do not use perfume to mask their incompetence) that they used wore off and was traumitized from being in a kennel all day. \r \r When I called the groomer on this, she would not recommend any solution or offer any apologies. She then had the owner/manager call me. He proceed to argue everything. No solution, no apologies and even hung up on me. How is that for customer service?\r \r Not sure what is worse...Unsatisfactory grooming or poor customer service. more

We found this dog grooming place recently and were very pleased. It takes walk-ins Tues-Sun until 4pm and Monday by appointment only. They were a little more pricey than some of the other places, but the convenience of being able to walk-in was terrific!! more
