My family and I have always have good service. Their online banking is very easy to use. The online bill pay is very awesome. Their rates are good also the loan department is understanding and very helpful in all situations.Once you go credit union you never go back. At least I won't. more

I go to U 1st for my personal banking. They have been very good to me over the years and I am very satisfied with them. I really am a big fan of the online banking and am so glad because it is such a nice feature to have. more

Great Credit Union! 1/31/2012

The service at U 1st Community Credit Union has always been very good. I've been a member for 30 years and I've never had a problem with them. They handle my business and personal accounts. The staff is always welcoming and they greet me by name when I come in. They are the only bank I go to and I would not change. -B.A. more

Long Time Member 1/31/2012

I've been a member of this credit union since the late 1950's. They have been nothing but wonderful to me and my husband over the years. The provide great customer service, and they are always there when I need them. I don't see myself ever leaving them for any other bank or credit union in town. -J.S. more

I like everything about U 1st Community Federal Credit Union. They provide excellent customer service. I have my savings account and a few loans through them. I've never had a problem in the 15 years I've been a member. I always tell people about this credit union because I know who ever I refer there will be treated like a valued customer. more

Exceptional Credit Union! 5/27/2011

Exceed expectations! I just switched to U-1st Community FCU in Carlsbad for my personal accounts and I'm so happy that I did! Everything has been going smoothly, the staff is wonderful and it's funny to say, but they are all so nice and welcome you right when you walk in! (plus I like that they are on N Canal St because I pass it every day) They're very efficient. I've already recommended U-1st to my friends! more
