Great Experience 3/26/2012

The service was great! I feel the staff is honest and not selling me services which are not needed. Everytime I visited the dealership, Chris was very straight forward with my needs. In addition, the cost is more resonable then other Hyundai dealerships in Hampton Roads. more

A great dealership 2/24/2012

I wanted a low pressure sales experience and that is exactly what I got. Jesse was polite, informative and did his best to ensure that I knew everything about the used car I purchased before I left the dealership. He had obviously researched the car before I arrived on the lot. After I left with my new (to me) car he continued to research the vehicle and called me to make sure I did not have any further questions or concerns. Everyone at Tysinger from the people on the phone to the gentleman who cleans the cars was incredibly polite and had a positive attitude. I am a customer for life after my experience this week. High quality service deserves to be rewarded. more
