Just had my tires replaced there. They installed the tires but left a knick in my polished wheel!!! They would not admit it b/c it was not right along the wheel well but that does not matter, it was careless work performed and thats why they knicked it. I just cleaned my wheels and knew exactly what shape they were in. All they did was point to their sign saying not responsible for wheels. THATS BECAUSE YOU ARE ALWAYS THE RESPONSIBLE ONES!! Good business would go over the wheels first with the customer and point out any PREVIOUS defects, so you actually know how bad of a job you do. And that place thinks they are perfect? Why were two big, dirty sweat marks on the top of my front, driver fender? Make sure you don't leave marks if you're going to relax against someone else's vehicle. CARELESSNESS!! I wouldn't go there again. And believe me, I could care less about the $88 they charged. Its cheap b/c it sucks! more

tylers tire does good work and has knowledgable folks working there i had some tires mounted at their shop and they went out of their way to make sure that the balance was rightand that i was satisfied . most places just take your money and could care less if the job wAs done right but these folks were concerned with getting a satisfied customer more

Tylers Tire and Auto Service has a great reputation. I have found them to be helpful when I had trouble with my tires. I would recommend them as they treat customers as the number one priority. Excellent service! more
