My food was interesting and had flavor, my chicken was a little dry but still not bad because it had a sauce on it. My boyfriends food was ok, I don't think that he was very happy. Service was a little bad and the food was a little cold. Glad that we had a chance to try it, but I don't think I would go back again. Twisted Cork Cafe has a really nice casual atmosphere inside and is very clean. It is really nice at nighttime when they turn the outdoor lights on. A group of thirteen people went, and I first ordered the Chocolate Martini. It took a little long to get, but it tasted really good and came in the fancy martini glass. For dinner I ordered the salmon with veggies and a baked potato for $18. The salmon was very moist and was fresh tasting. They give you a large piece of salmon as well. The veggies were a little greasy. The baked potato was a little dry so I asked for a cup of salsa to put on it. The salsa came right away and made it taste much better. Servie was good and the restrooms were clean. Overall I thought it was good for entertaining purposes, but would probably not go back on my own next time I am in Salida.
