Went in for an oil change. They made some recommendations for some other items to consider and were not "pushy" nor did they make me feel guilty like some other auto shops do.

Good mechanics; not so good customer service 6/23/2013

The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was great - great customer service from him. I would use him again. I believe his name was Dean. The reason I'm writing this though is because of the lack of customer service I've been experiencing as of late from the front desk folks. I think the person I dealt with last time was Larry. They have been very short when speaking with me either on the phone or in person. They give the impression that you are inconveniencing them to call or stop in. I started coming here because I appreciated the customer service, but feel that it has been declining. This has caused me to start looking for another place to take my vehicles where I feel like my business would be more appreciated. more

Alright service 6/17/2013

I showed up for my 7:30 appt. only to find out they did not have the filter for my Kia in stock. I was surprised that they did not ask my make and model when booking the appt. they were able to get the filter after a hour but I ended up wasting most of the morning. more

Each time I service my vehicles here, I am pleased with the customer service. They make recommendations without being pushy and also take the time to explain in detail what they find. more

Wheel Balance 5/18/2013

Took my x5 in for a balance and rotation. Service was quick and not expensive - that's the positive. Unfortunately, the tires are more out of balance now then when I took them in. I could probably take it back, complain and get it done again but I'd have no guarantee that they could get it right the second time. Instead I'll take it to Moterwerks where I'll pay more but they will definitiely get the job done right. A cheap price isn't value. Quality done right the first time is value. more
