Dear Shauna, Lauren & all, I cannot thank you enough for your part in my transformation from the consultations to the time I stepped out of the salon. I usually don't take time out of my day to thank stylist. Unless i received exceptional service. (And i was a hair model) I was so truly impressed with you all at Twiggs Salon. Shauna- thank you for your passion for hair. Lauren- thank you for taking a leap of faith with me being your hair model. Amy Jo- I couldn't have met a nicer, more helpful stylist. You took time out of your schedule to make me look the best I can be. The excellance your salon vonbeys does not go unnoticed. Great service 12/14/2011

I will be seeing David for the third time today and the past two times have been awesome! I left the salon last time wtih my hair looking the best it has in years. He used the new Inoa haircolor on me and it looked fabulous. I have an issue with thinning hair and he is working with what little I have to work with. My hair has started to improve tremendously in the past 8 weeks, so I am hoping for an even better experience this time! David really knows his stuff and is committed to doing a great job!!! more

I come to Twiggs all the time and see all different stylists. It was a very pleasant experience. They are very friendly. It was a very relaxing environment and my cut and color always come out exactly how i Want it.. They all do an amazing job. I recommend Twiggs to everyone i Know. more

Kelly gives the best pedicures in the Twin Cities. They are meticulous and they last. She is pleasant and a true professional. It is always a pleasure to go to Twiggs. I often go with my daughter and we make a day of it! more

Kelly is the best for hair and nails. My hair color always comes out great. She always knows just what to do so I can trust her with my expectations. She gives the absolute best pedicure in town because not only are they perfect but they last for a good 6 weeks unless I want to change Color .. She does a super job. more

She gives me the best haircuts that I have ever had. She knows what she is doing and always does it to perfections. If she see anything wrong she fixes it no matter how small it may seem. She is absolutely amazing! more

My experience at twiggs salon has been great. My stylist bre has helped me transform my hair style to a much more up to date fun look. Her enthusiasm is so refreshing. I love her willingness to give suggestions and tips for styling my hair. I look forward to my trips to the salon every month. I feel much more confident in how I look!!!! more

I HAVE A WONDERFUL STYLIST, NICHOLE WHO HAS GIVEN ME THE BEST STYLE IN 39 YEARS! SHE CAN BLEND AGE APPROPRIATE WITH A MODERN FLARE! I LEAVE WITH A HAPPY KICK IN MY STEP AND FEEL LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS, WITH OUT SPENDING A MILLION! WHEN I WENT IN I JUST SAID UPDATE MY LOOK AND I WAS IN SUCH GREAT HANDS! 2 weeks ago Amy Jo helped me get beautiful for my daughters wedding. She even went out and bought flowers for my hair!! An amazing and wonderful experience. Came back today and decided to go with Bre for a tint. But we decided to go with highlights instead. After the shampoo her healing touch left me feeling so relaxed. more

Very good hair cut 7/10/2011

went to twiggs and had John cut my hair, i asked for a softer look and he said that he'd use a razor(didn't know that they only cut with a razor) very good hair cut and blow out. They've really changed since the split ends episode. and being a fellow hair dresser i really liked this place! very professional. more

Not Good Service - They don't care about loyal customers. 4/29/2011

I have been going to Twiggs for a number of years loyally. They used to be good, but now I am giving up and looking to go somewhere else. Most every single time I have gone in for an appointment recently, they have kept me waiting 30-40 minutes. Rather than apologizing, the most recent time the receptionist tried to tell me that I had not been waiting that long. Since they said it would be another 10-15 minutes, I decided to run get a Starbucks (across the street); when I came back and found out that they could no longer fit me in. Now I'm searching for a new salon. more
