So I just got home to my amazing CLEAN carpets. My carpet is old and gets very dirty being out in the country. They practically look new. I am such a happy camper right now! more

Tony from Twelve Bridges really put our concerns to rest by answering all our questions and thoroughly describing the process to clean the carpets, which entailed sealing the floors beneath the pad, replacing the pads, using a special chemical treatment on the carpets, and steam cleaning. The service was excellent. Two very nice gentlemen show up at my door on time, uniformed, easy going and polite. They explained the process. Started right away. Finished then explained what I needed to do and what to expect. Then gave me some helpful tips. About 5-6 hours the carpet was dry and looks beautiful. If they can clean 50,000 square feet of meeting space of carpet that has been trampled and spilled on for the previous 6 months, do you think they can handle your home? Most definitely!! I have recommended them to many of my friends over the years and everyone has been more than satisfied. The owners (Tony and Christie) are very personable and always bend over backwards to fit the work into my tight schedule. more

My husband and I bought a foreclosure in a gated community in Lincoln, CA. We called 5 or 6 different carpet cleaning businesses. Some were giving me quotes over the phone...saying the price may change if they find stains. (What would I need them for if there weren't stains?!!?!?! lol) BUT Twelve Bridges was very different. When we moved into our new house, the carpets had badly been damaged by the peoples pets who lived there before. Because we signed the paperwork with out mentioning it we were on our own to get it fixed. I had asked around and twelve bridges carpet had installed and cleaned a couple of my friends houses. Going off their experiences (and despration) I called them and was able to schedule an appt on MY timeline. For a small business, they really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.
