My tech was great! He answered all my questions and was very accommodating to my schedule.

Worst

Got tire rotated. Came back to ask Service Advisor why tire(s) making loud noise. All I got is "noise will eventually go away" without even checking out the noise.

Basic service 7/23/2013

When I picked up my wife's 2009 Sonata for a minor repair and recall part, I asked if I could swap my 2007 Santa Fe, Brian was great as usual, took the Santa Fe, gave me the coupon price and had it done shortly. As always easy to work with. more

Best Customer Service Anywhere 7/8/2013

This dealership actually fulfills your dreams for the best customer service ever. The sales manager and his team are the kind of ideal people you want to deal with when buying a new car. For recent maintenance, I was in and out much faster than estimated, my new car was serviced and cleaner than when I drove it in. I am a very happy customer for over six years maintaining my Chrysler and still happy with new car and service for my Hyundai. more

Don't keep high expectations and you should be fine 7/8/2013

They do the least amount possible to keep you as a customer. Plan on waiting in your car while or go inside to find them? Do not ask for a rental car because there is no way they will give you one. When its done they did not call or text me so I come in every 30 mins to ask if its done yet from the time they say its ready. more

Dealership offered about a 2 hour job, but I got it back in less than 90 minutes! more
