My tech was great! He answered all my questions and was very accommodating to my schedule.

Worst

Got tire rotated. Came back to ask Service Advisor why tire(s) making loud noise. All I got is "noise will eventually go away" without even checking out the noise.

GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! 1/27/2014

It took me 6 trips back and forth to resoplve my problem but heres the kicker, my problem still isn't resolved. I gave two stars for the greeting I received from Michael who is your best ambassador. Your new Service Manager is a good guy too. Otherwise the diagnostic capabilities are lacking and your customer service is horrid. You have likely lost me as a customer. more

Always a pleasant experience 1/1/2014

These guys have always been able to accommodate me. Service is excellent... Brian was the name of the gentleman I've worked with over the last year and he has been exceedingly helpful. I signed up for the partners service plan, but even if I hadn't, I'd be coming back to Tuttle-Click for my service. Thanks guys! more

I've worked solely with Brian Heusser in the service department, and he has been awesome since day 1. Friendly, attentive, communicative, easy to work with, and honest. I had a major issues with my pre-owned Hyundai Genesis Coupe (purchased, regrettably, from Romero Hyundai in Ontario). Tuttle Click has solved all of my problems when Romero and Garden Grove Hyundai INSISTED there was nothing wrong. And we are talking MAJOR issues. They are very knowledgeable, have experienced mechanics in their department, and have been a pleasure to work with. Brian, in particular, has been awesome. Always willing to help where he can, and give me honest feedback. I highly recommend this place, and Brian. more
