Once again I was not offered a loaner to drive. I asked for one and was told to have a seat and let me check to see if we have one. Over two hours later I was told my car was ready. After paying, he had to find my car as it was not parked up front. I ask if they put a new sticker on it since the last two times I did not get one. Again no sticker for next service. I received an email of appology after my last survey. I would say no changes in service. Salesman was great but the service department doesn't follow through or the salesman lied about loaner vehicles would be offered.
