Turner's Jewelers

The poorest of customer service. Having a choice of which jeweler to buy jewelry, we chose this establishment...NEVER AGAIN. This jeweler takes their business for granted, and doesn't feel any customer service is owed to those paying their bills thru buying of their product. They were weeks past due on a committed delivery date, NO store calls or follow up status. WE had to do the initiating of status. We asked why they do not initiate calls to the customer on delivery status, no response. Asked if they can explain why so late, no response. VERY POOR customer service, and store support. Weeks with no response from this jeweler. If we did not call and push for the delays, they could have been additional months behind schedule, with no updates. Will certainly take our business else where, as well as numbers of friends in the Seneca SC area. more

They are crooks!!! Plain and simple. I never thought I would be the "crazy lady" writing ranting reviews but I had to tell everyone about this. Went to set my ring there (brought diamond and ring setting seperate, both certified and appraised), a week later one of my prongs "turns" gold. Turns out they had no only broken off one of my white gold prongs, but had replaced it with a yellow gold one (Which was also cracked!) and then tried to cover it up rhodium plating. To add insult to injury, they also refused to admit they had any part it in and told me to contact the manufacturer..... yes because a ring manufacturer would make an entire white gold ring with one random gold prong?! They then tried to make up other excuses for the crack in the prong insisting that it was a "bubble" that made a perfectly symettrical burn mark line/crack across the prong. They then told me I could PAY EVEN MORE than I had already paid to them the first time to get it fixed and refused to admit what they did! I went to three other jewelers before I went back to turners to complain, all of them insisted that whoever set my ring soldered off the original and then tried to fix it with a yellow gold prong. They are a terrible business and liars at that. more
