Do not do business with these people. I purchased a new dining room set. When the furniture was delivered, it was quite obviously not new. The table was completely scratched and nicked, and the glass on the china deck is fogged and damaged. After some complaining on my part, they replaced the table, but they refuse to do anything about the china deck. I also purchased a ""7 year total protection plan,"" but they refuse to honor it. more

Awful service 4/4/2012

I order and paid for 2 Broyhill SOFAS from Turk Furniture in November of 2011. At the time I was told that my furniture would take 6 weeks to arrive. After 11 weeks and placing numerous phone calls to Turk I find out the my SOFA had arrived. That's right only 1 sofa was delivered. After getting the run around from the employees and Assistant Manager of Turk Furniture in Bradley the blame was placed on Broyhill. They said they ordered 2 and Broyhill only made/shipped one. I then found Broyhill's number online and called. A very lovely woman there then told me that Turk Furniture only ordered 1 couch from them. I then placed a call to the store and spoke with the Assistant Manager who treated me horrible and still continued to lie to me to try to cover up the error that was made by them NOT Broyhill. They ended up having to order the additional sofa and I was told again that the sofa would arrive in 6 - 8 weeks. Here I am 10 weeks later and calling them again. When I called 2 weeks ago I was told my sofa shipped on March 9th. Today is April 4, 2012. When I spoke to Turk yesterday they had no clue if my couch was in their building. I am about to give up and ask for my money back. DON'T BUY FROM TURK FURNITURE!!!! more

    All merchandise is uncrated and inspected at Turk Furniture before its blanket wrapped on to our trucks. Your furniture is completely set-up & placed carefully for your enjoyment. One day to 48 hours in advance of your delivery, we will call you to confirm all information is correct and give you a 3-hour time window to expect your delivery.

    You can buy with confidence at Turk Furniture. If you're not satisfied with your stock purchase within one week of delivery, simply notify your sales consultant, and we will correct the problem, or refund your money on merchandise returned in its original condition.
