Turfco Lawn Shrub & Tree Svc

I've read some of the reviews and find it hard to believe we're talking about the same company. I have used them for lawn, termite and pest services the past two years and have not had a single problem with them. My yard looks great and I've yet to see a pest problem. When my friend recommended them, she'd had their service for 3 years and as far as I know she still does! I highly recommend them! more

Check with the Memphis BBB and look at how many complaints have been filed aganist this company. The owner also owns other companies that are also FRAUDS. They keep charging your account even when you cancel their services. They also do not pay their bills when work is done for them. more

We have had Turfco for 2+ years. Our yard has weeds all over the front and back yard. We have contacted Turfco by phone multiple times to cancel service the girl that handles canceling contacts is never in and she does not return calls. We have wrote on the bill and mailed it back unpaid serveral time to cancel service and still can not get our service canceled. We have had our attorney send two letters to the PO Box listed on the bill to cancel and still nothing. You can not get a physical address to send a letter certified. They keep sending us bills and they say they are treating our yard. We have the worst yard on our street. I believe our yard is either not being treated or they are putting down weedfood. I am embarrassed of our yard. Our neighbors on both side on us do not even get there yard treated and they have great looking yards. Something very fishy is going on and we do not know how to get the bottom of it. Cons: Service, product, nuisance more
