Don?t engage in any type of business with Turc, you will regret it. Their customer service is rude, and unprofessional, they overstate their fee, and finally, they will send your case to a collection agency if you try to dispute how they calculated their fee and the savings. They should be investigated and prosecuted by the General Attorney.
