Tuffy's is willing to work with you on prices that are fair to the customer and they make sure that your trip on the road will be safe whether it is around town or across the country. After each visit and repair I have done, Tuffy's sends me a coupon off my next service. The environment at Tuffy's is friendly. It may not be the fastest but they make sure the job is done right the first time! I recommend Tuffy's to all my friends when they tell me they have a car problem. Tuffy's also has a report of all the work that they have done on your car so that is even more convenient for you to keep track of your cars needs. There are pros and cons to this place. Their service os good, and they do offer a wide range of services, but, their prices are a bit higher than most of the other places around. Thier customer service if great htough, and they are very thorough. more

I am always treated well when at Tuffy for maintenance or repair. Sometimes the wait is hours long, but the owner usually gives me a gift certificate to take to a restaurant down the street while I wait. One time it took 4 hours for an oil change, so I won't do that again, but I do trust them with brakes, mufflers, and other minor repairs. more
