Unsatisfactory 5/12/2010

I entered Tuel Jewelers in hopes to learn about diamonds as I am starting my search for an engagement ring. The lady there told me she would not show me her rings and was too busy to take the time to talk to me about her diamonds. I have never had such a rude, judemental, or unsatisfactory experience in my whole life. The other lady just sat there as her coworker treated me in a horrible manner. I will never be back nor will I ever recommend Tuel Jewelers to anyone. more

Pretty typical jeweler 8/18/2005

I liked this jeweler not so much for their selection, which I would say is very common and typical, but for their sales staff who took several hours of their time teaching me about how to select a good setting and diamonds. The people there were also very creative with their suggestions, which gave me more confidence and reduced pressure when purchasing a ring. I'd go there again with no hesitation! more
