Best Facility in Northwest 5/21/2008

Complaints and opponents and refs happen wherever a match is played-but this arena is awesome. Love the high roof and walls. Keeps bal alive. Feel privileged to have this nice soccer center in my neck of the woods. Been to others in PDX and Vanc not anywhere as nice or well run. To the other fellow players play hard but play fair. Pros: Parking, Indoor Field Setup & Ownership Cons: Whining & Physical teams- more

Wish there was a ""No Macho"" rule like at Indoor Goals 5/8/2008

I find that the ref doesn't call the no Macho rule like at indoor goals and more people are seeming to get hurt on Sunday evenings. People want to go home without broken bones and able to walk. There have been obvious fouls that do not get called. I have also felt that Dennis has not been polite to customers several times when I have been in the office, to answer the other persons reviews. I understand that there can be a lot of changes in schedules, but there also can be steps taken to help preserve the way customers feel. Pros: atmospher and field Cons: Some of the rules of play more

Play at TIS in the Coed 030 and Women's league 4/23/2008

Wouldn't normally take the time to write a review on a city search site. But since my husband myself and 3 children have played at Tualatin Indoor for nearly 5 years and we are s grateful this top notch arena for socer was built in 2003 in our neighborhood, had to respond to the 'out of left field post by jeneat.\r \r My ladies team knows we have the top referee in Oregon at our games every Wednesday night in -Mr. Eric Beck, we even bring him goodies since he is always a positive supportive ref at our games. I don't know what league or team this person plays for, but they must not play at TIS in the women's league. Otherwise they must be very out of touch with reality.\r \r Regarding schedules-We have always gotten our schedule at least 1 to 2 weeks prior on the TIS website. Sure, over the 5 years there have been an a handful changes of time or opponent, not at all the fault of the league Manager Dennis, when a team decides to notify him the night of a game they won't be there, he has to adjust on the fly. \r \r Regarding the Coed Over 30 league it has many competitive teams that make up this division we play on Sunday afternoon's and night, unlike our Women's recreational league which really only has 1 to 3 teams that are competitive and the rest of us are beginning mom's and friends happy to exercise in a light enviroment.\r \r We don't have the same ref on Sunday as we do Wednesday, but these coed games don't resemble the exercise & fun standard of us ladies just getting out for exercise. Sunday night is our competitive night to play together and with competition and both male and female's on the field at the same time. \r \r If you have a problem with a Ref at TIS fill out a form in the office or e-mail Eric Beck who schedules all the refs at TIS and 7 other indoor facilites.\r \r In conclusion you need to understand this arena is great for our area and we like the thousand's of other user are very happy, if you can't take a bump in the road-don't drive Pros: Great Refs, Consistent night of play, managment Cons: whiners and poor sports that end up playing at TIS more

Tualatin Indoor Soccer 4/10/2008

Check out their adult soccer clinic which rocks. I didn't know how to play soccer but started there last year! Its a great workout for those of you who like a good workout. Heather the coach really knows her stuff. I hear the soccer tots are a great option too. Pros: Love the people who play there, soccertots, and Lisa, the owner more

SoccerTots Classes are AWESOME! 8/14/2006

Our family doesn't play in the leagues at Tualatin Indoor, but we are weekly guests year round in their SoccerTots program for children. Our 2/12 year old and 4 year old just love the classes which they attend once a week. I can't say enough good things about this developmental program for little ones. Great Instructors and my kids always want to come back each week. ""Can we go to soccer?"". Pros: Great Exercise for little ones, knowlegdeable instructors, Great FUN!! more

What a surprise! 3/2/2006

Have been to a few indoor soccer places in Oregon. This one is incredible inside, great lighting, clean, professional refs. Let's just say they did their homework on how to build a safe, first-class facility in a growing area of PDX metro area. Will try to come again. Pros: Clean, huge playing area, spectator view more

Why my family loves Tualatin Indoor Soccer 3/2/2006

We live in the local area I play on 2 teams coed and women's team, my husband does the same and plays men's o30. Not to mention are 3 children who play on different teams at the arena. The owner and his wife are wonderful couple who run the facility in a professional and caring dispostion. This transcends to the staff who are always quick to get a bag of ice, find fill in players and genuinely care about us, who are playing. I do love the music the plays during the women's league, it's awesome! We are blessed to have such a professionaly run-top notch arean for our family to play at. It's far better than driving to run down facilities in clackamas or portland that are more established than tualatin, but don't look after each individual as part of a community. Succintly, WE LOVE IT!! Pros: Professionalism, Relationships, Organized Cons: No Pets more
