Love Tu Moda! 9/27/2011

My husband and I had a couples massage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The massages were great. My only complaint is that we didn't get a foot soak/scrub before our massages like I normally do. more

Best Salon & Spa Ever! 9/24/2011

I visit Tu Moda atleast once a month. The atmosphere is professional and friendly at the same time. The decor makes me feel like I am on an exotic vacation. It's very relaxing. I have an excellent stylist. Once in awhile, when she's away, others have done my hair. They did a great job, too. The coloring products at Tu Moda work are kind to my hair, and the results are long lasting. more

This must be what heaven is like. 9/24/2011

I had my first appointment with Gloria this past December and I'll never go anywhere else. Gloria transformed me so that looking in the mirror is pleasant again. The Spa is beautiful, everyone is helpful and accomodating, I have never waited more than a minute or two for my appointment, and while Gloria is working her magic I am in Heaven. Thank you for the wonderful experiences. more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 9/23/2011

I was very disapointed, to say the least. I have been going to Tu Moda for at least 6 years and this is the first time I had a bad experience. The stylist I normally go to was on vacation so I was paired up with someone random -- I will never let that happen again. She set a timer when she sat me down in the chair to blow dry my hair...the styling job was very shoddy. As soon as the timer went off she ripped off my cape and said that I was all set. My hair was a mess. After paying $90+ I left the salon and immediately put it in a clip (I have never had to do that before). When I stopped at the first red light I opened up my mirror to look at the color job...I looked like a cheeta...I had dark brown coloring all over my forehead and down the sides of my face. I called them immediately and they told me to use toothpaste or cigarette ashes (yes, can you belive that?!) to remove the dye from my skin. I was MORTIFIED. I am getting married in a week and they knew this -- I AM VERY MAD! more

I recently had my first encounter with TuModa as the recipient of a gift certificate for a day of relaxation. The facility was impressive and clean and the staff genuinely friendly,courteous and unpretentious. I had an awesome massage that took away some aches and pains that were specifically targeted and a facial that made me glow!. All that was followed by discussion of style and care for a new haircut and color that looks and FEELS great! Thank You all for a wonderful day of renewal. I highly recommend this and can't wait to do it again! more
