What drew me to this establishment was the lunch buffet of sushi. After trying quite a few in the area I was a repeat customer to Arigato. They offer more than just the standard rolls for your dining pleasure, but a lot of nigiri to choose from as all. There is roughly as much nigiri to the rolls, and consists of Krab, Tuna, Eel, Salmon, and several other things I can't describe without a corresponding picture chart they supply on the table. Their miso is very full flavored without being overpowering, and they have a warm bar on the buffet as well.
Don't think that it has to stop there. I have dined in for dinner and ordered off the menu. The appetizers are very good, and tease you a little as you try to make out the individual flavors involved. The hot pot can be even more fun sift through than to eat, but it's totally up to you.
