I had several issues going on in my kitchen. RO system, pressure, and dishwasher. I had tried multiple times to fix the problems myself, but I finally gave in and called a plumber. Five Star sent Philip. Upon arriving at my door, he was so very kind. He seemed like he really cared about my problems (even though the were very minor to him) and showed compassion which really impressed me. I didnt feel like he was laughing under his breath. The one pressure issue actually turned out to be a clogged sprayer on my kitchen faucet and he cleaned that as a courtesy. He seemed to know alot about everything I had and the prices he gave me up front before starting the work were very reasonable. Over all as a company, I would recommend Five Star to anyone. From the first call to their office to the friendly plumber that arrived, the total experience was a pleasure.
