I tried to post this the day Paul Rouse from Five Star Plumbing Heating Cooling came to my house it didn't take so today I am letting you know of the great service I had..My kitchen sink backed up into both sides of my sink and dishwasher..He was polite..nice and told me exactly what was wrong and fixed problem in short amount of time...thank you more

Best Upstate Plumbing 10/23/2015

When i had an emergency with my plumbing i didn't even know where to start. I am a 25 year old Combat Veteran of the United States Army and i didn't even know the first thing about finding or wading through hundreds of phony reviews in online searches until i came to Five Star Plumbing Heating Cooling. From the first call till my plumbing issue vanished i received excellence, professionalism, and a speedy resolve to my problem. Paul Rouse especially impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge of his expertise, aptness to the direct issue at hand and high quality results made when he shortly finished. Prompt, pleasant service 10/9/2015

Called Five Star Plumbing Heating and Cooling because my water heater wasn't working and so I was unable to get any hot water. The supervisor called me within half an hour and told me I was next on the schedule and a tech would be out shortly. Andy S. arrived at my home and he was neat, clean, and professional. He was pleasant, took the time to diagnose the problem, show me the condition of the part he had removed, and gave me prices on what it would cost to replace. He stayed and did the work and made recommendations on things to consider for my home, such as carbon monoxide detectors, a moisture detector for my washing machine, etc. When I told him I was a new homeowner, he made it his point to orient me to my water heater, showing me where the different shutoff valves were, how to adjust the water temperature, possible issues that may pop up in the future and how to address them, and made sure all of my questions had been answered before he left. Will definitely call them again for any future needs. more

AMAZING!!!! 10/3/2015

I've used Five Star for my heating/cooling and plumbing since we moved to SC a little over 1 1/2 years ago. Whether they calm to schedule my regular maintenance or I have to call them regarding repairs, the experience is ALWAYS the same. Everyone from the call center, to the technicians, and up to their management is always courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. I always feel confident that what they are telling me is the truth, that I am not being overcharged, and that the job was done well. Phillip W. was just out again this past week for our tankless water heaters. My builder was also here at the time (for other issues with the house). It's obvious my builder felt Phillip was just a young man in a uniform. Boy did Phillip prove him wrong! Phillip always astonishes me with his knowledge and expertise of what he does. Like everyone else at 5 Star, he is beyond courteous and always has a smile on his face. I made sure to contact his direct manager (this is the second time I've felt the need to do so) to make sure he was aware of just how pleased I was with Phillip. Bottom line...No one ever looks forward to the moment when they have to call service people to their home. However, when you deal with the people from Five Star, they are bound to make a difficult experience that much better! more

Had Phillip and Jack come out to our home for a stopped up sink. After doing a good investigation, they found out we had some leaks on that old metal pipe under the house. They returned the next day and replaced all of those leaking pipes. They did a great job and my husband and I are really pleased more

I have used Five Star PHC for Heating & Air Conditioning needs for a long time, but had not used them for electrical needs. I recently had several electrical and jobs so I called Five Star PHC. Kevin Johnson, Robbie and Colby came - they did a fantastic job. They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough. I am so very, very pleased with the service that Kevin, Robbie and Colby provided. I already knew that Five Star was a great company for Heating & Air Conditioning, now I know first hand that they provide professional electrical services as well.
