I took my car to them to have my power steering pump replaced. When I picked up the car they told me that it would be hard to steer for a while because there was air in the line, but that it would go away after driving it a bit. Hard to steer, I could barely turn the wheel, after 2 days I brought the car back and they told me the new pump was defective and they replaced it. Once again, they told me a little air was in the line it would be hard to steer for a while. The steering was better, but still not even close to normal. I drove the car for about a week but the steering kept getting more difficult. I called them several times over the next week to make an appointment to have it looked at again but they wouldn’t return my phone calls. My husband had to drive down there and speak with the owner, who said that his voicemail was not working. I took it back to them and they said the 2nd pump had totally failed again and there was no fluid in the lines. They had to replace the pump again. How many times does it take to get it right. I had to take a day out of work for the first repair and my husband had to take time off, unpaid, from his job to drive me to and from work (an hour each way) for the next two repairs. Save yourself a migraine, go somewhere else.
