Have bought several houses with mortgages and working with Trustmor was by far the worst experience I've had. Paul Cantor at Trustmor kept me in the dark about details, despite me asking several times. I was always told ""don't worry, it'll all work out."" Got the mortgage on time, but ended up paying more than I was told I would. Hid closing costs that were supposed to be on the Hud statement within other paperwork. Didn't return my calls. Pushed me off on a junior staff member, There are plenty of other mortgage brokers out there; don't waste your time with Trustmor.
