Made an appointment at 10am, My first time going to the salon for a men's HairCut. Not the usual razor shave. A men cut with long hair. Veronica knows how to cut men's hair right....

Great Find in Elk Grove! 4/11/2011

I contacted True Salon at the last minute one day, when my regular stylist had cancelled. What an incredibly pleasant surprise! I was booked with Kayla who happened to have an opening that day. She is amazing. I am 33 years old and have been getting my hair cut and colored since I was 17. She is probably the most talented stylist I have ever had. The nice thing is that she listened exactly to what I wanted. I get so many compliments now on my hair. I highly recommend the salon for their very accommodating service, but also Kayla, who is a find! more

Love my new hair!!! Thanks Stacey 3/4/2011

So I needed to get my hair done really really bad, I mean roots were grown out, split ends, just really unhealthy. Stacey took really good care of me, listened to everything I said I wanted and made me feel comfortable. She did a color ,deep condition, cut and style. I now have sexy, healthy hair. So so happy I found True Salon, and happy to have Stacey as my new hair girl.!!! more

Delightful Environment 3/2/2011

Whitney has been doing my hair for over 5 years now and I absolutly love her work. She knows how to shape my hair to my face and always picks a beautiful color to go with my skin tone. The salon is warm and welcoming plus they offer drinks and pastries! All my girlfriends go to her and they always leave satisfied. I would suggest True Salon and Spa to anyone who is looking to be pampered! more

I gave my wife a gift certificate to true salon and spa and that was the best gift ever, she came home so happy and relaxed.The staff at the salon is nice and welcoming. The spa rooms were clean and quiet. My wife said she would go back for a massage anytime! more

I went in to get a cut and color, met a new young man, Jerry. The cut and color is beautiful! I LOVE IT! and he was also able to wax my face. Jerry did a great job making me feel beautiful. more

Elk Groves #1 Premier Salon & Spa 1/19/2011

I have finally found my salon I will be going to for a long time! No other salons compare to True Salon & Spa. My cut and color was the best I've ever had from Kayla!! She knew exactly what look I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations!! Easy to find on the main strip of Elk Grove Blvd. I have all my family members going there now. I can't wait to go back for my next cut and color!! more

Love it, there is plenty of parking, it's Beautiful inside, the girls are all very nice! My husband got my a package deal, and the massage by Tamara was so Relaxing, and my Facial with Tiffany was also very Relaxing!! My nails and toes look so cute! Thank you Sandra!! I also got a style with Stacy and she is so sweet, and made me look Beautiful!! My experience was Great!! I will be back again SOON!! Thank you Girls! it was all well needed! :) more

Couldnt Be Happier! 11/12/2010

I moved to Elk Grove, about 3 months ago now. I was so worried that I wouldnt find another Hair Dresser that would listion to me and give me exactly what i wanted. I feel so lucky to have found her at True Salon and Spa in Old Town Elk Grove! She's GREAT her name is Louise, and she takes the time to ask me what i want and do not want, so we are always on the same page! My cut and color turned out Perfect!!! :) more

I have been getting my hair colored for 20 plus years and she was by far the most exceptional color specialist I have ever had! more

I am the type of person who like to get it done in one trip. True salon and spa understands that, they have everything in one stop. I was able to get my hair colored and cut, exactly how i wanted. Then, not only was I able to get my eyebrows arched, but I was able to get a pedicure and manicure too. When leaving, I grabbed a service menu and realized they have EVERYTHING!!!, facials, body waxxing, massages, make-up, extentions...they have it all. This will definently be my one stop beauty shop. more

I received a massage last week from the massage therapist at True Salon and it was the most amazing and relaxing massage expereince I have ever had. I have been getting massages for years and nothing comes close to Tamaras technique and rythm. I highly reccomend you call to book your hour of luxury asap!! more

Highly recommended 8/28/2010

It is great to be able to go to a salon where the specialists listen to what you want and provide you with expert color. I need to cover gray around the temple and have highlights and lowlights. I am so pleased when I leave with a natural look. I highly recommend True Salon & Spa, located in historic Elk Grove. more

Best Pedicure !!! Sandra is Awesome! 8/25/2010

I wanted to share my experience with other readers of CitySearch! I just had a pedicure with Sandra from True Salon in Elk Grove and not only was it the cleanest pedicure ( indivdual liner for ever client) but it was also the most relaxing I have ever had. She gave me an excellent foot massage as part of my pedicure! I highly encourage her for all you ladies out their who have been searching for a clean, relaxing and beautiful pedicure!!! more

True Salon & Spa is Truely Amazing! 8/25/2010

I am new to the Elk Grove area, upon my move, a major obsical was finding a salon to regurly go to. I think I found it! When I fist walked in I was greeted and offered a beverage and then within seconds the hairstylist was ready for me. She colored, cut, and styled my hair just as I had described. Then I realized that not only do they do hair there, but they do nails, waxxing, facials, and messages. When my hair was done the esthetician had an opening so next I got my brows waxxed, needless to say she too did an amazing job. So I think that moving to Elk Grove will be a little easier now that I have found my salon and spa of choice. more
