Gail, the owner, will be very happy if you are ordering 5 or more dresses,but if something is not right with your order or color of the dress or the dress is 5 sizes larger you are in for a disaster. Gail is very rude,has no maners and should go to anger management class. more

What a terrible experience! They give you NO customer service, AT ALL, well unless you call a negative attitude, judgmental statements, and lack of knowledge service, well they have plenty of that. They will have a fit if you want to try on more than 5 gowns, they WILL kick you out if another bride shows up, even if you have an appointment, they did make negative comments to my mother about her weight, that's a HUGE NO in my book, they treat their gowns like trash, stepping on them, bunching them up, and won't even give you a garment bag when you pick it up. If you want to be treated like garbage and have your gown treated like garbage, then this is the place for you. I went to another salon tried on the same dress & am buying it there, I wouldn't give them a dime! more

Avoid this one girls. The owner is surly, the staff is untrained and they LIE. Nothing comes in anywhere near when promised. Just a bad experience all around. more
