AVOID THIS PLACE 6/7/2007

This place sucks...they produce bad quality wedding pictures. I went to this place because it was recommended by my friend. However, my friend didn't know they got a new owner. We called and asked whether the current photography is the same person as with the previous owner. They said YES, but when we showed up for the pictures...We found out the current photography is NOT the previous photographer. (LIAR...LIAR..LIAR...BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE) In fact, the current photography is the owner and he did a really bad job....unprofessional...I would not recommend anybody doing business with them....because I paid a lot of money for a very bad quality pictures. more

Never try this place.... 5/13/2007

Horrible customer services! The owner and the photographer have changed but they told me they had the same staff as a few yrs ago when a relative had a great experince. Not anymore. Charged a lot of money but lazy to even do touchups on obvious problems on the pictures. Only correct minimum the problems that I showed them. Not even try to find problems deeper. Miss a lot of obvious things. Worse, there were dots on the pictures. Worst, charge a credit card fee when we paid for the shipping fee. The owner is also the photographer but doesn't know how to take good pictures.... In short, should NEVER try them.... It was a BIG mistake for us. Lie, lie, and lie.... more

Could have been better. 9/29/2005

I am a nice guy, so i gave them 2 out of 5 stars! This place is okay, but they sure did screw up my cousins wedding. They arrived a few hours late and lots of the pictures that they took turned out very unprofessional! Also, i am not sure if they are a new company, but it seemed like they had very little experience. The only good part is that they offered a partial refund to my cousin, so he didnt have to pay that much after renting out the Roosevelt Hotel! more

Slow and Unprofessional 8/18/2005

True Love Bridal Photography is the worst place to take your wedding pictures. We picked that place to take our studio wedding pictures based on a recommendation. Unfortunately it later became a nightmare for us. The quality of the pictures was average and the locations they took us to were nothing special. The really big problem was that we did not get our final photo albums until eight months later after we got married. We kept asking what happen to our pictures and they said the delay was due to the shipment of the albums from their supplier being late. more
