Had them for 3 years and results were not so good. I had some trust issues with them. They blamed so so results on ""excessive thatch buildup"" and bad soil. Dethatched the law...

Do not do business with this company!! My husband called and cancelled and they came out anyway & applied an application. They billed for the services anyhow, I called to inform them that my husband had died and being a single parent to please once again cancel. I informed them that I did not have the money to pay for the services. They sent the balance to a collection agency! Wish I could give them a zero rating. more

Dethatched the lawn and they left me same ""excessive thatch buildup"" note even afterward. Basically, lawn did get better and I got tired of them blaming bad soil for everything. Tried to cancel and salesman was push and kind or rude. I will spend the same money on top dressing with compost. Pros: Got rid of grub problem Cons: Push sales staff more
