This place is the amazing!!!!! My good friend referred me here because I was tired of shaving my underarms. She told me that it was the best place to go and the price was worth it. I have started in the summer of 2011 with Medi Weight Loss, lost about 15 lbs in 2-3 months and then stopped. I thought that it was getting too expensive for me ($70 a week) and I could probably continue practicing same rules and dieting on my own. The next 3 months, I gained back all 15 pounds with being constantly hungry. I couldn't afford to go back to Medi. I found Tropical Medspa in Kissimmee with the same medical weight loss program at a much affordable price! So far I have lost 20 pounds. I bought 16 units of Botox from Groupon. I called Tropical Medspa the next day and I was able to get in right away. Dr. Nguyen and his gentle hands and excellent bedside manners explained to me the best use of my 16 units. Other places that I had Botox before placed all 16 units in one syringe, but Dr. Nguyen placed only 4 units in each syringe. I am very happy with the results. Most importantly, Tropical Medspa treated me like a queen. I love it! more

I have had many a massage in various cities and countries. But, Colleen is at the top of my list and, I suspect, will remain there. I booked an appointment with Colleen (online and super easy). Colleen has the hands of a powerful angel and a soothing energy that allowed me to relax and enjoy her Swedish massage. I came to her a gnarly ball of stress and back pain and left with no pain, calmer and more energy. I also love the staff and environment at Tropical Medspa. I will most definitely go back to Tropical Medspa the next time. more

I am in my late 40's and had never had a facial before. I decided to treat myself to see what it is all about. I am a believer now! From the moment I walked through the door I found the whole experience very comfortable and professional. The esthetician took the time to talk to me about my skin, my concerns and the products that I use. She also even talked with me about my lifestyle (I love to be in the sun!!) All of this while I received a very very relaxing facial. My skin has never felt better! More importantly, I left feeling like I understood what was causing wrinkles and breakouts in my skin. I did not feel pressured to buy tons of lotions and potions, I felt like I had been advised by a friend on my options. I am prepared now to take better care of myself and my skin. I will definitely go back for more facials, at least every 2-3 months if I can! more
