at home color catastrophe 2/2/2012

I colored my hair at home with disastrous results. I called Trilogy an hour before they closed and they "fixed " my hair. I was very relieved because I had used several different products on my hair and it looked bad. more

Awesome 1/15/2012

Bobby Jo did my sweddish massage and it was soooo amazing. I had the most painful neck pain and she found a bad knot on my shoulder blade that caused the shooting pains up my neck. So far I have no pain. I love the scent of the room as well. more

I have been seeing Jen at Trilogy for almost 3 years. I've never had a bad cut or color from her. She listens to what I want and makes suggestions on how to keep my look new and fresh. I'm a busy mom and she always gives me a style appropriate for my hair type that I can style quick and easily by myself. Plus, she is so sweet and always remembers what we talked about last visit. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. I have also had several massages there. I recommend Grace for massage. She is awesome! Go to Trilogy if you want a warm, relaxing experience. more

Short Notice 12/22/2011

I have a bad habit of waiting until I CAN'T STAND my hair anymore before dashing in for a cut. Danni was able to accomodate me on short notice and I feel I still received all the attention to detail I would have received if I had planned ahead. The staff and the salon "extras" (chocolate pretzels and toddy) made my last minute hair cut a more relaxed experience. Thanks so much. more

I've been coming to Trilogy for many years for my pedicures ... every four weeks, whether needed or not. I value Trilogy for setting my schedule over a year in advance so I can work around my appointments and not come in too soon or too infrequently. The recent upgrades to the pedicure room and especially the new machines were a welcome change as they are quieter and more comfortable. more

I've been going to Trilogy since the salon opened. Randy does my hair to perfection and I've used most of the spa services, too. I recommend Trilogy to everyone. The staff is professional and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Trilogy is a great salon. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Alison is my stylist and she really listens to what I want and makes recommendations to let the my hair style compliment my face and features. Thank you Alison for working with my need for BIG hair! The Spa is great too - great massages and facials for very decent prices. more
