Tridosha

I bought a couple's massage package & was disappointed with the experience. The atmosphere was a little below average as the building looks like it has been renovated by the owner, not a professional carpenter. Missing trim, wires/ducting exposed, unadorned cement floors, etc. I was willing to overlook this as a fairly new, locally owned business if the services were good but the initial impression bears mentioning. The package: Two one-hour Elemental Nature Massages Two 15-minute Aromatic Scalp Massages Two 10-minutes Foot Spa Massages I was greeted kindly, offered a glass of water and everything was standard for a spa visit until I started to change into the robe. The robe was small for an average sized male, think smoking jacket. The massage started 10 mins. after the hour with a ~5min. scalp massage. By the end of the hour we were wrapping up the massage that apparently included the scalp massage & foot massage during the 50 minute elemental nature massage. The 1hr 25min. package was reduced to 1 hour. IMO, I go to a spa to enjoy & relax not to argue over length & quality of services. If they designed the package, they ought to honor the services as promised. This is the second so-so experience my wife has had at Tridosha, so I cannot recommend them. The bottom line is they would need to change a few things before I would return. I did not use their salon services so I cannot speak to their quality. more

The massage was awesome, the therapists were so professional. We would recommend the massage therapists. The salon needs to work a little on organization and the atmosphere. more

It's always a treat when it's time for our cut and style! I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! Shannon, Summer and all of the staff are very warm, welcoming and friendly! It's like having a friend pamper you!! more

I was late to my appointment. SHOW UP EARLY! They had me fill out a little bit of paper work and because the woman doing my facial was totally booked up they shaved off a lot of time off of my facial. I discussed rescheduling because I was late but the woman was kind of rude about the fact that she didn't have openings. The facial was VERY painful, which I guess is normal but I wish she would've warned me at least. And then when she put of something on my face after that burned I explained it to her, again I would've preferred being warned! more

I had a 60 facial and a 60 massage. It was a very relaxing afternoon :) I am loving the Aveda skincare products! I also brought my daughter in for a feather extension and she loves it. I have already booked another appointment and I am looking forward to another fabulous experience. more

I had purchased a coupon thru Living Social. This included a Facial and Hair Style. The facial was awesome! Shannon did a great job. It was so relaxing!! I have had several facials in the past, and this one was right up there! My face felt fantastic when it was done. I also received a hair wash and style by Tiffany. This too was great! Thank you for such a great day!! more

My daughter and I both had our hair colored here. Mine turned out well, hence the two stars, but we were not happy with my daughter's hair. We were given another appointment, I thought to get it fixed to our satisfaction. Instead, when we arrived for the 2nd appt, the employee said she did what we asked (I believe it was a miscommunication between the three of us) and refused to fix it unless we paid again. We weren't asking for a lot, just to be satisfied. No offer of any kind for satisfaction was made. We won't be going back or making any recommendations. more

We came in for a relaxing afternoon and it was great! We had massages and facials that were awesome and we were both offered something to drink and a warm foot soak while we waited :) Can not wait to go back! more

This was my first time to the salon, the staff was extremely nice, (even though I was 10 minutes late), and the facial and shampoo/style was great. Haleigh straightened my hair and it looked great, she was very knowledgable about products also. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone. more

I went for 4 services... 1. My massage therapists was in my room for a grand total of 42 minutes- my package was for a 60 minute massage 2. I was in and out of my facial in exactly 45 minutes- again this was a 60 minute treatment. Two days later, my face looked exactly the same- blackheads and breakouts like I never had a facial 3. My scalp treatment was wierd, but the stylist was great. She actually talked to me and I Loved my hair style 4. My spa pedicure was also great. Very relaxing and the girl who did it was very sweet! Unfortunately, I went on vacation and it was chipping within 6 days :( more

I was a hair color virgin and Haleigh guided me through the process, patiently explaining and making suggestions. She gave me a partial highlight/lowlight treatment and a great cut. Then she helped me pick out hair products and gave me a tour of the lovely new facility. I felt pampered and cared for, and I'll definitely go back. It looks so natural, no one even knows what I did. Just that my hair looks great. Thanks Haleigh - you ROCK! more

Would recommend to anyone! Friendly, attentive staff, offered beverage right away. I was there for a spa package with my sister and the cozy back room with fire place was perfect. My sister did get a tattered robe with holes on the lapel, so I didn't give 5 stars. But overall I was impressed with the services and the staff. more

I have loved being at Green Beauty and now Tridosha. I love the extras that they do - scalp and hand massages. It feels like you are at a spa even though you are just getting your hair cut. more

did the living social coupon and to be honest, it was worth the $99 but not worth the normal price of $200. Owner shannon did my facial and did a good job but it was only 50 minutes and was supposed to be 1 hour. then massage was not good...she only did back 1/2 and very little on front and only went 45 minutes and again paid for 60 minute massage. The young gal that did pedicure was very sweet but had just started doing pedicures and nail polish is kinda past the nail, etc so not as professional as I'm used to. The "scalp therapy" ended up being only 5 minutes long with a blow dry and was expecting more of a deep massage experience. Probably won't go back but for $99 enjoyed it. more

I was terrified at finding a new salon after my color was ruined yet again by another stylist across town. I came here with long extensions and very fair regrowth, she ACED the color giving me a rich light red all over. I love this place! more
