My 10 yrs old loved Dr. Rolando Ortiz 7/26/2011

After living in NC for 14 years and going to many clinics I finally find myself in a family clinic where everyone is friendly and understands you! We like the fact that Dr Ortiz if fully bilingual and was able to conect with us in a personal matter, he was great treating my son who will be getting his first set of glasses with Triangle Vision. I am telling all my hispanics friends about Trangle Vision and Dr. Ortiz!!! They have a nice selections of glasses, nicely trained Staff everyone was friendlly and accesible. Extra treat candy bar and coffee!!! more

Best eye care practice in the Triangle! 1/19/2011

I have been a patient here since 2003 and don't envision ever making a change. The staff are fantastic!!! Dr Glupker once took my emergency call on Thanksgiving day while he was on vacation. The optical staff know what they're doing and will go out of there way to satisfy customers. Some may say their prices are higher. Well I say ""You get what you pay for"". Don't be fooled by low prices elsewhere. Try them, you'll love them! more

Great place, great people, great service! 11/18/2010

I went to Triangle vision today to get my yearly eye exam. The staff was pleasant and remembered me from last year. They greeted me immediately upon entering the office. I did not wait in the lobby or for the doctor. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have always had a fear of eye doctors, but not this one. It was an overall pleasant experience. I will recommend Triangel Vision to everyone. more

Durham's best Optometry! 10/7/2010

I've been a patient of Triangle Visions for many years. The optometrists are the BEST. They take their time with you, you never feel rushed. If they don't know the answer to a question (which is rare), they'll find the answer. Their main concern is giving you the best care for your eyes. more

Excellent customer service for 20+ years 9/16/2010

I have been going to the Triangle Visions located in the Durham/RTP area for over 20 years. I have always been ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with the service that I have received, not only from the doctors: Clark and Glupker, but also from their entire staff. I started going there in my early 20?s after I crashed my car for the third time in 3 months! My boyfriend (now ex!) suggested I needed GLASSES. Actually, I did. more

Great experience, crazy nice doctor & staff 9/10/2010

Admit it . . . going to the doctor is not anything that most people look forward to. The doctors and staff at Triangle Visions, however, make the experience almost enjoyable. The staff is very nice and my wait to see the doctor was not long at all. It had been ~ 5 years since my last eye doctor visit, and they did a thorough job of checking to assure that I did not have any issues with my eyes / vision. I went because I needed glasses for reading & working on the computer, and the optician was extremely patient, helping me find frames that actually look good. Doctor Clark is extremely nice and did a great job of explaining exactly what the various exams were for, what was going on with my eyes, and the advantages of getting bifocals vs standard reading glasses. His professionalism and personal attention are commendable. I would definitely recommend Triangle Visions and plan to let Dr. Clark take care of the eyeballs of my entire family. more

nicest doctor I've ever seen 8/27/2009

I hate going to any kind of medical appointments, but Dr. Glupker is perhaps the nicest doctor I have ever met. I went in to Dr. Glupker because I thought I had scratched my eye, and he explained to me that my eye was inflamed because of lack of oxygen through my contacts, and then it was dry. He was incredibly kind and sensitive to the fact that I was in pain. He also took the time to really listen to me and explain in layman's terms what was going on with my eye. I saw him a few times to follow up and every time he took good care of me. After my eye healed with eye drops and a break from contacts, he put me in daily contacts, and I haven't had any discomfort since then! more

People are nice, beware of their glasses though 4/29/2008

My wife and I are both customers of this practice. We have been satisfied with the service, everyone is friendly, and they move you along quickly. We weren't too pleased the last time around about the ""contact lens exam"" it is not covered by insurance, is quite expensive, and took exactly as long as my regular exam, which strikes me as suspicious. I would caution you against purchasing glasses or contacts there however. Both my wife and myself had 3 sets of replacement lenses within a year. The lenses had various defects such as bad scratch coating, wavy glass, cracked plastic, etc. The prices are much higher than Costco/Walmart/Target/Online. Contact lenses are double the price of online. If they switched lens labs I'd probably give them 4 stars. Pros: Wonderful pleasant staff Cons: Low quality eyeglass lenses, high prices more

Friendly, helpful, and great new frames 1/17/2008

I have not had an eye exam in a number of years, but had noticed a difference in my vision. I chose this place based on location, and am very happy that I went here. They accept many different insurnace plans and are very helpful with finding out what yours does and does not cover. Their equipment seems very up to date (actually VERY cool). The doctore was friendly, and did not leave me waiting forever in the room! They listened to my needs and helped me solve the problem! I actually bought my frames through them and because my insurance did not cover frames, they gave a generous discount! I highly reccomend Triangle Vision to any one new to the area or students! very flexible, friendly, fast,and decent prices :) more

Great customer service 1/15/2008

I was greeted as soon as I came in to the office. The whole staff was very friendly. They assisted me with the selection of my frames. My frames are awesome and I was finished with my exam and everything in about 35 minutes...... more

Overpriced service 7/12/2006

Beware of how many extra costs this office adds to your bill. You are not getting what you are paying for and the price adds up fast! Most of these additional costs will not be picked up by your insurance. Pros: Nice office Cons: Overpriced services more
