Not only do I always have a phenomenal experience at Triangle Visions to get my annual eye exam, but this year, my insurance was acting all wonky. I received a bill in the mail and Ashley in billing was so kind and patient. She thoroughly took the time to confirm my insurance benefits and payments. She explained everything to be in layman terms so that I could CLEARLY understand what the issue was. She found my secondary insurance and fixed the billing issue for me. Triangle Visions has it all. From friendly faces at the office to friendly, knowledgeable staff in the billing department. I will continue to go here annually for all of my eye care needs! more

I made appointments two weeks in advance for both me and my son. We both show up 30 minutes early, even though I cancelled my appointment 24 hours in advance but left my sons active. After filing out all the paper work we were left sitting 30 minutes past his scheduled appointment . Could not wait any longer had to leave. What's the point of making appointments more

I truly enjoyed both of my visits. All of the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The equipment is very high tech and the exam was detailed. I loved everything about it, the staff, the exam, and my glasses. It is by far the best eye exam I have ever had. You all have gained another customer for life. Thank you all. more

Assistants who use to help pick out frames were amazing and are missed very much. My experience was so horrible ( did not help me pick out the drama, gave me no suggestions, left me to help another patient) I got so frustrated I left and went to another place to get my glasses. When calling in to order or schedule the reps are not helpful confused and not friendly. I've been a patient here over 10 years and I have to say the customer service has gone down so much the reason I don't change doctors and go some place else is because I LOVE Dr. Clark. more

I were referred by a friend to Dr. Clark for my son's Vision Correction with CRT lens. Dr. Clark is very professional and patient. To accurately determine the right type and size of lens for my son, Dr. Clark had changed 7 pairs of lens for 7 visits to make it perfectly. He said to me, "If I can make it 100 percent, I'm not going to leave it as 95 percent." I am very impressed by his dedicate attitude and nice personality. I highly recommend him. more

I contacted Triangle Visions because I couldn't find the frames that I wanted in California and stumbled upon their business through online. Eleni was great. She was happy to help me, and hunted down the frames I wanted (which took some work). Everything was handled professionally and I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for new glasses -- even if you are out of state. more

After living in NC for 14 years and going to many clinics I finally find myself in a family clinic where everyone is friendly and understands you! We like the fact that Dr Ortiz if fully bilingual and was able to conect with us in a personal matter, he was great treating my son who will be getting his first set of glasses with Triangle Vision. I am telling all my hispanics friends about Trangle Vision and Dr. Ortiz!!! They have a nice selections of glasses, nicely trained Staff everyone was friendlly and accesible. more

My family and I have been patients of Triangle Visions Optometry since 2002. My prescription is challenging; extreme near-sightedness combined with astigmatism, and now with age, the need for progressive lenses (bi-focals). My work requires nearly 40 hours of computer usage each week, often involving fine details. As far as patients go, one would be pressed to find a patient more difficult to please than myself. But none of the above is a challenge for Dr. Tony Clark and his team at Triangle Visions. Why might this be? I’m certain one could travel the Triangle and find many well-trained, educated and highly experienced optometrists with today’s finest technology. You will find all of these at Triangle Visions as well. However, I believe the difference that sets Dr. Clark and his team apart is their perspective. Rather than viewing me as a patient, they see me as a person; one who wants to experience the very best vision possible. From personal experience, I can say with great confidence that the satisfaction of their clients is their highest measurement of success. Their patience and diligence to achieve this goal is evident. And their desire to satisfy the concerns of the people who choose their services is genuine. Contrary to the trend of many practices today, the customer service I’ve experienced through the years at Triangle Visions has only improved from great to outstanding. My wife and I have received consistently exceptional eye treatment from Triangle Visions (2216 E. Highway 54, Durham) for more than 20 years. Following Dr. Tucker's retirement many years ago, I came under Dr. Anthony Clark's care - and consider myself very fortunate to still be a patient of Dr. Clark. He - along with the entire Triangle Vision team - is attentive, responsive, friendly, thorough, and caring at all times. Dr. Clark is a rare health care practitioner who makes a point to get to know you, remembers you from visit to visit, and communicates very clearly the findings of the always-thorough eye assessments. In the case of a recent change in one of my eyes, Dr. Clark has followed up with a comforting attention to detail, and always provides a respectfully summary of what the situation is, and what best courses of action are available for treatment, where necessary. I have complete trust in Dr. Clark's competence and judgement to ensure my eye's receive optimal care and, where needed, corrective action. I also appreciate the friendly and professional manner that characterizes the entire staff, both medically and administratively. Support staff is always helpful in terms of insurance reimbursements (or in explaining where and why a service will not be covered, when such is the case). One final point: I also buy my eyeglasses there - and appreciate all the little things that part of the staff has done for me over the years - from helping me choose new glasses, to replacing (within warranty timeframe) or repairing (no matter how old) my glasses at no cost, even when the damage was due to an accident on my part. In short, I am grateful to have Triangle Visions - and specifically the staff there - looking after the care of my eyes. more
