EGR Valve replacement 10/27/2015

I brought my 2006 Civic in for engine diagnosis and ultimately got the EGR valve replaced. Despite one instance where the part did not come in time and I had to pick the car up and bring it back the following weekend, everything went smoothly. The staff was courteous and willing to talk through an issue with you. I will be back to Triangle for future service more

Her pleasant, accommodating attitude is well received and a credit to your business. I use your services exclusively for my Honda service needs. I suggest you change the oil change stickers to reflect the new car standards since 3 months is no longer the standard. more

Honest, affordable, quality service. 10/10/2015

Over the past 10 years, I have bought 2 Honda vehicles from Triangle Motors and continue to use their maintenance and repair services. My vehicles were in excellent condition when I purchased them and priced fairly. I have always been given a heads up on work that is needed, in what time frame, and an estimate on the cost so that I can work it into my budget. They always do the work in a timely manner and do a quality job for the best price. I trust them to correctly diagnose any problem with my vehicle and return it to me in excellent working order. I have never been left stranded on the roadside due to a mechanical problem. Unexpected problems are prevented due to their reliable estimates on what needs to be tended to in the near future. I am so grateful to have found Triangle Motors. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I know that my vehicle is in good hands when services are needed. I have recommended Triangle Motors to my family and friends and they are now Honda owners and Triangle Motors customers as well. more

Excellent Place of Service 10/6/2015

I regularly bring my Honda here to get serviced and it's always a pleasure. My car runs great and the customer service is unmatched in my experience. One nitpick though that Triangle Motors can improve upon: - Oil change intervals are no longer 3000 miles for most cars so I would suggest the service reminder sticker reflect that (5000 for most cars, almost 10,000 if you use full synthetic). I understand it can be vehicle model dependent, but the 3000 mile change interval is mostly antiquated. more

First Service 10/6/2015

From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Calls were made consistently to update me. The service work itself seems to be excellent as well. I would recommend that a quick interior vacuuming would be a nice touch when the car is brought in (my only critique!). I am definitely going to bring my car back to Triangle for the next service. more
