Triangle Collision went above and beyond for me. They provide a high level of customer service, very personalized. They did a beautiful job replacing the entire front end and hood of my car. I did not have to do anything. When I pulled in to Triangle Collision, they helped me get a rental car from Enterprise. They have a beautiful waiting room as well as private offices where you discuss the work with them. They also keep you updated on the status of your car as they do the work. They promised me the car last week and then, because of snow, they kept the car inside for me and let me pick it up today. I know cars well enough to know the details of a poor paint job or signs of rough body work. I am happy to report that I could not find any of these details after I turned in 3 different cars to Triangle Collision this year. I preach loyalty to great service providers and will drive many miles to get great service. I have always felt I was a friend to the family in this establishment. I've had several repair jobs done at Triangle and they are great! They work with your insurance company (so you don't have to fight with them yourself!) and they do a wonderful job on the car. They are quick, they stick to their estimate and they keep in good contact with you while they have your car. I will use them every time I need them (which hopefully won't be too often). I recently had my vehicle repaired by Triangle Collision. The staff was very professional, the repair work was flawless, and best of all they finished ahead of schedule. I refer everyone I know, I couldn't have been happier, well outside of my car not getting wrecked. It's not often people over deliver.
